The subjects in my photographic collection are as diverse as my interests.  I love to portray beautiful landscapes, take a peek inside a macro world, capture musicians in creative expression, and make you guess what on Earth you are really seeing on that glossy page. When I set out with camera in hand, I want nothing more than to share my images of the world with any and all who may not be able to go to the places I have gone. I want everyone to experience the quiet walkway of a Japanese graveyard, the elegance of New Orleans as it was before Katrina, the incredible beauty of Venice and it's surrounding islands. I also want to offer perhaps a new perspective of our own backyards, through images of the majestic Cascades, the beautiful Olympic Rainforest, and the vast open skies of the East.

My photography has always been grounded in a playful sense of amateurism, finding beauty and intrigue in the imperfect. I have no interest in hours of tedious retouching. I have never had any professional schooling or training in photography. My intent is only to share my personal view of something I find beautiful or amazing.
